Rachel G. Bullard joined The Stanley Law Firm September 2006, retired in 2013 and returned June 2018. She was previously in banking twenty years where she was head teller and teller supervisor. She is our receptionist and a legal assistant.

Rachel was born and raised in Loris and attended Green Sea High School. She is married to Joseph Bullard and they have two children Bryan and Stephanie and five grandchildren. Rachel is an active member of Grace Baptist Church of Horry County.
