I lost my brother in 2019 from a car accident and then lost my dad in 2020 and needed his estate handled. Stacy and his staff have gone above and beyond handling both situations for my family and I. Stacy was very straightforward with me from the start on explaining everything and guiding me to make the best decisions. Denise handles everything with high professionalism. Ms. Vonda, takes care of every single and small detail. Not to mention, the entire staff is always so welcoming and friendly. They have treated me like a friend, not just a client. Stanley Law Firm has made these hard times a lot easier for us and all of the processes have been very smooth/easy especially with us living out of state. We recently worked with Denise Hamilton to close the sale of our condominium in North Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately, we ran into a snag when the bank holding the mortgage on a home equity line of credit (that had already been fully paid off) delayed their release of that lien and the recordation of the corresponding Mortgage Satisfaction. Unless and until the bank released the lien and recorded the Satisfaction, the sale could not close. Naturally, we were quite concerned. We had absolutely no background or experience in these matters and were at a complete loss about what to do. Denise's calmness, professionalism and expert knowledge, however, reassured us. She immediately stepped up, took the lead role in untangling the mess and coached us about the role we also needed to play. As a result, the issue has now been resolved and the sale has closed. It is not clear that we would have gotten across the finish line without her help. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
