Denise Hamilton joined the Stanley Law Firm in January 2007 after serving as a judicial law clerk for eleven years for South Carolina Court of Appeals Judge Ralph King Anderson, Jr.
Denise was born and raised in Loris, South Carolina where she attended Loris High School and graduated as Valedictorian in 1988. In 1992, Denise graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina at Coastal Carolina College. After earning her undergraduate degree, Denise attended the University of South Carolina School of Law serving on the staff of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal before graduating in 1995. That same year, Denise was admitted to the South Carolina Bar and began clerking for Judge Anderson.
As an attorney for over twenty years, Denise has handled a broad variety of cases including serious auto accidents, insurance coverage disputes, trip and fall cases, real estate, foreclosures, estate planning, probate and estate administration, guardianship actions and conservatorship actions.
Denise currently lives in Conway and is an active member of NewSpring Church in Myrtle Beach.
